Don't worry!! Just be patient and keep them in your normal back routine. One way you can increase your pull up count is by doing floor pull ups. Simply lay down on your stomach and use a towel or t-shirt and similiate it as a bar behind your head and pull up and down!! Simple, but it works. I train my football players this way, we'll usually the big boys!!! Try it and let me know how it goes!!! You will feel the burn!!! I forgot to mention, only your arms should move up and down behind your head all the way down to about mid back, squeeze those shoulder blades. I weigh 230 and can do 20 reps.
what a nice person. another important part of physical fitness is balance, fluidity and coordination of motion on top of strength and endurance. do you do anything that might involve that such as dancing or martial arts or yoga for example. anyway, hugs and kisses, you're always such a super nice person.
Great informative video . . . and your personality pushes it into the "way above average" category. I'm wondering which bar to get - looking at the pro or elite. Do you have any suggestions?
5:00 when I dip you dip we dip... Great vid! I just bought a very similar product, and you're giving floor exercises that I hadn't thought of and which weren't included in the guide to its use. But you don't actually need guns when you're prominently displaying a Texas temp tat...ain't nobody gonna mess with that. ;)
Yes! It's study and long lasting. Only thing I need to do monthly is just make sure all the screws/bolts are tight (might have to retighten them every so often).
+alexandre desrosiers (Aldesian37) Well it depends on your size (height and weight) and how old the building is but otherwise these pull up bars are designed not to cause damage. They've been throughly tested.
