Chocolate and Nutella Loaf Cake
Ingredients:
1 large egg
125 grams of plain flour
125 grams of granulated sugar
55 ml of milk ( home temperature)
1/2 tbsp of white vinegar
75 ml of hot water + 1/4 tbsp of instant coffee ( optional)
pinch of salt
25 grams of cocoa powder
1 tsp of baking soda
1/2 tbsp of baking powder
60 ml of oil
For the filling and decoration:
1/2 cup of Nutella + 1/4 cup of double cream
chocolate vermicelli or chocolate sprinkles

Vanilla Loaf Cake
2 eggs
125 grams of self raising flour
1 tsp of baking powder
50 ml of double cream
120 grams of caster sugar
125 grams of soft butter
Strawberry jam for filling
For the icing about 1 cup of icing sugar and about 1 and 1/2 of milk depending on what consistency do you like it to be.
Coloured strands or sprinkles

Strawberry Loaf Cake
200 grams of fresh strawberry
1 tbsp of sugar
2 eggs
120 grams of soft butte
2 tbsp of oil
50 ml of milk
30 grams of natural yogurt
1 tsp of vanilla extract
125 grams of self raising flour
1 tsp of baking powder
a little bit of food coloring red ( optional)
Decoration:
For the icing about 1 cup of icing sugar and about 1 and 1/2 of milk depending on what consistency do you like it to be.
Freeze dried strawberry
Rose Flower tea ( optional)

3 - 4 tbsp of jam

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup of plain flour
1/2 cup of finely chopped nuts
1 tsp of ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp of ground ginger
1/2 tbsp of baking powder
1tsp of baking soda

3 eggs
1 cup of sugar + 2 tbsp cup sugar
1 cup of oil
200 grams of grated carrot
1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
For the buttercream:
60 grams of soft unsalted
butter
1/2 cup of icing sugar
220 grams of soft cheese
1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
