School Cake Recipe | Very Moist homemade sprinkle cakes

Welcome back to another video.
In today's video I will be sharing with you how to make School cake, One of my favorite cake in the word.
All you need:
250 grams of caster sugar
250 grams of soft butter I normally use Aldi brand cake butter
320 grams of self raising flour
100 ml of double cream
5 large eggs
I normally add some baking powder to helm my cakes raise better, but it's optional ( 1 tbsp not too full)
1 tbsp of vanilla extract
