My aunt was born there when it was an Italian colony. She is of Venetian (Venice) descent. She had a good remembrance of her childhood there. She told me that in her classroom it was a melting pot of different ethnicities and cultures and everyone lived in peace.

I think that with the new transportation systems, and if they could put up some CCV cameras for the security force/security companies to watch for criminals, then it will limit some of the lawlessness.

I am not from Rwanda but from the country Somaliland but come on, where is Kigali? Kigali is definitely one of the most beautiful places on earth and also one of the cleanest. But well done to all these beautiful African cities and countries. Keep up the good work.
Correction, African architecture was never inspired by foreign countries, but these foreign countries imposed some of their architectural styles on the African countries they invaded and colonized.

Cape Town, South Africa? I think you need to return, visit the Atlantic Seaboard, Sea Point, Cape Town CBD, the area between the Good Hope Centre and CPUT, walk around Cape Town, dodge the faeces, urine, rubbish, tent cities etc. It has become an embarrassment.
Happy that you showed my city in the list, but very disappointed that all your maps show a truncated map of Morocco. You did a better job in other videos with the whole map of the country. I am not sure what just happened here !!!

Why are some of you so focused on map of Morocco? It obvious they were using Google earth and other borrowed pictures from the internet- and have no influence changing what already exist. A search in Google will pull out loads of such images... let's focus on more important things and not imaginary lines in maps...

If you say that Accra is the 12th cleanest in Africa, then African is NOT doing a great job. Sorry Accra is NOT clean, one has to be honest. Accra has a lot of work to do. There are many towns and cities in Ghana, doing much better work than Accra. Accra needs cleaning up, landscaping, walkway for the population, gutters that needs cleaning and covering etc, etc, etc. Sorry Accra should NOT be on this list at all.
@@spuknicjones9531 Yes l did not miss that. AMA is trying but the name Ghana has around the world and the many popular Ghanaians there are and this is how our Capital city. I have to be honest Accra should Not be on this list. That is the simple fact. To clean up Accra is simple, but the will is not there to do what is necessary. People do not have the right to litter they environment, but in Ghana we pretend as if is so. The AMA can make millions if not billions from city management like Amsterdam does, why they do not is a surprise. Amsterdam makes so much money from city management, you pay for everything, but for that the city is kept clean and works. Accra should do the same. It has millions of unemployed people, why not have them clean the city and have the city dwellers pay for it. Is simple you want to live in aAccra you pay to keep it clean. In Ghana we behavior as if there is no cost to what we do. The mindset is not right.
@@Boameooo1000 Great observation!!! The city authorities are not being creative in solving waste management issues. Like you said, jobs can be created for the many unemployed youth to clean up the city. Also, lot of revenue can easily be generated for the waste collection process, those who go against the law, etc. We have solutions to our problems, but it seems we're refusing to think a bit deeper. People attitude towards waste disposal must change as well...

Is not I do not want Accra to be on the list, but for it to earn the 12th place, with the condition in which Accra is compare with other cities in the world, is a joke. If we want better, then we have to demand for quality. If you go for cheap, you will be serve cheap. Ghana, Ghanaians and Accra deserve better. Been to many places and I will NOT bring Accra one of the clean cities on our planet. Let can do better and we have a long way to go. Most surprising all these great Ghanaians accept to have the city in the condition it is.
