I use it as a way to cleanse my body, I use 2tsp of honey 50ml of acv and 70ml of hot water and mix it all together and drink it before my dinner. It also helps bloating
Add two cup to bath water and soak. I also add a cup of epsom salt and rosemary and lavender essential oils. This is good for clearing skin, easing swelling, and balancing flora to prevent yeast infections.
I used it for an eczema in my hands and so far so good! it works! just dilute it in water as it says on the video. 2/3 of water and 1/3 of apple vinegar.

It's true that it removes warts!! I've used it to get rid of a couple that mysteriously appeared on my pinky finger a couple years back. Works like a charm! It does take a few days of consistent application, so don't give up hope if you don't see results after the first night (though you'll probably notice your wart turning black, which means it's starting to die... eww, I know, right?!).

my recipe is 900 mls of green tea half tsp of cinnamon 1 tbspn of honey 50 mls of apple cider vinegar 50 mls of lemon juice I drink this throughout the day, and have been doing for 2 weeks. I will be continuing for 2 months approx.
ACV as a co wash. People trying to grow there hair longer should wash it less often. Between shampooing do a co wash or rinse after conditioning. ACV is also great for women going through menopause, ACV in a great detoxifier. I love the benefits, I just hate the taste and smell lol. A good quality ACV will smell the worst lol.
THANK YOU FOR ALL THE GREAT TIPS ON HOW TO USE ACV!! I'll incorporate them in to my regime. ^_^ I use ACV MANY WAYS and buy the 16 oz bottle. Only works, if you use BRAGG'S APPLE CIDER VINEGAR though!! (The one with the mother) First, I drink a Tablespoon every morning and night, to ward off illness--colds, flu. Mix with Honey--usually 1:1. One part Honey, one part ACV. I DO add a bit more Honey to mine, so it gives it a better taste and easier to go down. So far I've haven't had a cold in years. Also, make sure that the Honey comes from a 30 mile radius from your home---that way, it helps with allergies too. :) I have Lyme disease and so far NO VOMITING, so ACV has been helping with that too!! That is a blessing.I also use a TON of essential oils, in which I thoroughly believe in. Only use Young Living and a Distributor too. I LOVE THEM!!!!!!!! I add them( 25 different EO's) into a Cup of Epsom salts in EVERY BATH! Back to ACV--It kills CANDIDA-- YEAST too and add it in to my baths too.(1 Cup--to regular size bath, 1 1/2 Cups for a larger bath) Kills off toxins and detoxifies my body. It WORKS, but you also must eat a healthy diet rich in vitamin/nutrients---WHOLE FOODS, NOT JUNK and drink plenty of WATER!! Plus, ACV will make you body more Alkaline and that is a good thing. SOOOOOO MANY BENEFITS OF ACV!! ^_^ THANK GOD FOR IT....
Exactly..ACV has been what has helped me survive Lyme thus far. IT literally has taken the vomiting away. o.O Best thing God every created to me. I'm forever grateful to it..and don't miss a day. I did try this Kanger water at first, to become more alkaline, when I was soo ill, but no way would I ever do that again. >:o ..it made me vomiit. ACV works and the only thing that I would use Oh..found one more very doable thing that has really changed my life and at first, it was strange, but cool now...oil pulling. I have oil pulled in the past just have gotton away from it for some months. I need to get back into it. Oil pulling has so many benefits just like ACV.

I actually used it when I had pink eye. Yep, directly onto my peepers AND IT WORKED! I made individually soaked cotton swabs to dab into the corners of my eyes. Endured the sting, then laid down with an icy cold wash cloth for a few minutes. I also drink a tablespoon of ACV every morning & chase it with a ton of water before breakfast.
I have a condition where my body won't metabolize calcium properly. As a result I frequently build up and pass kidney stones. I've learned to buy the ACV capsules and take them while I'm feeling the pain and pressure of a stone start passing. It seems to help dissolve the stone and makes it pass with far less pain and difficulty. The capsule form is the only way to go for me, I can't seem to stomach the ACV raw very well, especially if I'm already not feeling good...
Wish I could, but I just can't seem to get it past my nose since the time I first took it raw with apple juice and it didn't stay down. The capsule form works perfect for me though.
I make a "tea" every morning about 30min before breakfast. 1 cup of hot water + 2 teaspoons of ACV + honey. It's delicious. Some sources say to do this 30min-1hour before each of the 3 meals of the day.....
Currently using it on the dog's nasty ear condition at the urging of our Vet. half and half vinagre and water, washing out the ears twice a day or more (I am putting a dropper of the solution into the ear and letting the dog shake it around) - Doc said the dog had a mrsa infection, which did not respond to the oral antibiotic, but two weeks of the vinagre and I am seeing reduction in swelling and less discharge (ick!)

drink it all the time, do a shot if you have acid reflux at night... it burns, lol but it works.. I have gout, and unfortunately I noticed when I get heavy into drinking this stuff, I do love it.. but it triggers my gout? it is known as a cure, but introduce is slow and do not over do it, or like me, it will bring it out. It's important to keep acidic level change at a slow pace... love this video, and I love me ACV
So great if you have a Acidity tummy it works instantly.. Great for Salad dressing along with Olive oil and oregano and salt and pepper. Great for women after menstruating to be very clean.
Wow so many uses I didn't know about, I'm drinking it mixed with grated ginger, as ginger also has great weight loss properties and a teaspoon of honey and lemon juice to take away the vinegar taste, it tastes great, I'm thinking to add the baking soda!
It is actually a perfect remedy for heartburn which is better then medications. Many don't know this but the reason why people get heartburn is not from too much acid in your stomach. You get heartburn because the ph balance in the acids in your stomach is way out of whack. Drinking a small amount does do the trick but make sure you have food nearby. When the vinegar reverses the polarity, you may start feeling hungry.
I've tried your suggestion for shedding a few pounds: I mix about 6 ounces of Perrier or other soda water and about 1/2 an ounce of Apple cider vinegar as an aperitif instead of wine or beer while I'm cooking supper. I do miss the alcohol; I'm concentrating on the pounds I'll be shedding. When I don't do this I just don't feel as healthy!!

Every morning 1 cup luke warm water, 2 table spoon Apple Cider Vinegar (organic Bragg brand and has "Mother" label on one) and a half lemon, add cinnamon if u like a punch of Cayenne pepper and raw honey for the taste. First drink it don't eat for 30 min have coffee. Great to detox body, weight loss and numbers of benefits. Now i only put cinnamon no pepper or honey cause i can tolerate the taste and the smell. I drink this brand of Apple Cider vinegar for indigestion or acid reflux. I was having indigestion seems like every day so I took a swallow every time I was feeling the symptoms and after drinking the whole bottle over a month I haven't had indigestion since and I like peppers too.
You mention how it helps upset tummys and with weight loss, but you don't say how we take it... just drink it? On the rocks, straight? diluted? Please give me specific information on this. Thanks!
always dilute. For me I put 1 Tbsp ACV in a 8 oz glass along with 1/2 tsp baking soda. After it fizzes I fill the glass with water. The baking soda makes it taste like a soda which for me is easier to drink. Do a search on it "benefits of apple cider vinegar"...it is amazing.
When using on sinusses, what kind? I had a sebaceous cyst on my back for years, slowing growing then it got infected, now there is a small lump next to the small sinus left over. I have to wait 6 months to get a specialist appointment. Thanks
I use it for mosquito bites 4 ounces of apple cider 1 teaspoon of oregano let it sit overnight or for a few hours and then drain into a 4 ounce bottle with a strainer so the oregano doesn't go into your spray bottle. It helps keep the mosquitoes away and heal mosquito bites
It also helps with improving odors that develop on other parts of the body that people seem to lack responsibility. Run a bath...pour vinegar and backing soda. Peroxide and Epsom salt don't hurt either. Get in it and pray it helps depending on the severity. If not... attempt something in prescription form....
I does work I you fill up a foot tub with warm water, then splash 1 cup of ebson salt into the foot tub & add 1 cup of Apple Cider Vineger to this tub.Let your feet soak for 30 minutes,then dry your feet.Apply a moisturizer for your skin,when this dries apply baby oil over this.When this dries put back on your socks !!!
it tastes horrible, but easily solved if you like grape juice. i add 1 tablespoon ACV to 6-8 oz welch's unfiltered concord grape juice, i can't taste the vinegar at all, just delicious grape perfection

Fro dandruff, why mix a cup of apple cider vinegar with 3 cups water? That's way too much for anyone's hair. You'll just be storing the rest in the fridge for months and have yet anotehr container taking up space.. Just say ONE PART apple cider vinegar to 3 parts water. Then you can mix what you think you'll use. This isn't something you need to do every say or even every week.
u can also use apple cider vinegar by putting it in a bowl put plastic rap over it and make sure it's tight and punch a few holes wirh a fork and that can get rid of fruit fly's the fruit fly's fly in the holes and stay stuck in there until they die
+USmade If I remember right I had to mix it 1:1 with rubbing alcohol. Put it all in a squirt bottle put some in their ears shake it around then dry ears off with a paper towel. I didn't have tremendous success with it but my dog had a million allergies and it still usually helped.

We adopted her near her death when she was 15, she's a poodle and has doubled her weight after we had many of her poor teeth PUlled under surgery, they were killing her! She was kept in a cage all her little life. BUT not anymore. It's like she has found a new life, she acts like a puppy sometimes, but bless her heart she's had two strokes since we got, and pulled out of them. I had 16 strokes in 2009 and I pulled through TOO! Anyway, thank you.
+USmade holy shit 16? I didn't think that was even possible. That sucks about your poodle being caged up all her life. I rescued a dachshund off the road a few years ago that was neglected and had to have a bunch of teeth pulled too. No idea what kind of life he had but it couldn't have been that good. He was already old when I found him and ended up having back problems (pretty sure he already had back problems they just got worse over time) that eventually made him unable to walk most of the time. He was miserable towards the end due to that which I had to put him to sleep over, but I'm still glad I was able to make his last few years good ones. Let me know that stuff helps your dog. Try Dinovite too that stuff does seem to work decently also.

So now, for the people who have been giving me odd looks for using this stuff for decades; HOW DO YOU LIKE ME NOW? Hmf! ACV is aces for cleaning around the house too. I clean with it for a streak-free shine on all my applicances. I love not having to concern myself with using toxic chemicals on my stove, inside and on the microwave, in and outside of the fridge, and around the house. I mix half-and-half ACV and water in sprayers for cleaning around the house. My produce (fruits and veggies) keeps longer after placing them in 3/4 cup of ACV mixed in a sinkful of cool water too.

Thank you Jakie Bourg: Though distilled water is purified through the steaming process but I come to learn that it has to be re-mineralized. I use Trace Mineral in Distilled water I use for drinking or cooking.
I had hella dandruff and itchy scalp and it was painfully obvious when i shaved my head. I massaged organic unfiltered unpasteurized apple cider vinegar with “the mother” onto my scalp for a week straight and i swear to god my scalp was cured.
The vinegar water mix, you can put in a spray bottle. You can also add a couple of drops of essential oil, shaking it up. But if you just use plain with ow scent, that scent goes away quite fast, seriously, it doesn't linger. Great in real hot weather.
