Parents need to make sure their kids are in school. When you let them run free and amuck, they wind up getting into bullshit. School is from 8am-3pm. Then get them into an recreational after-school program from 4pm-7pm and have them doing homework for the rest of the night, until sleep. When I was a teen, I always had something to do. So I was too happy with life to worry about beefing with other idiots.
