check out Eric Bugenahgen he did 200lbs kneeling for 5 with pretty good control, devon tried to teach him arm wrestling but he couldnt really grasp it but hes a strong lad
I did not know much about Lars. Outside of seeing some of his matches, but holy crap. When you search him on RU-vid, that dude is a monster. I didn’t know he was that jacked.😂 He’s very similar to you Mike physique wise, but I definitely see you winning. Experience alone will be by far enough.
Does Corey ever lose his cool? Dude is always mellow. I'd love to see him get legitimately pissed. I mean, not in person of course, as that would be terrifying. lol Seriously though, I'd love to see him get fired up. Like legit FIRED UP! I had a friend that was 6ft 7 and 350+lbs and he was always holding back. Always. It's like he was conditioned from years of always having to be gentle with the small people around him.
You don’t want to make him angry. I saw video of him in a fight. Let’s just say he had one guy in a headlock swinging him around like a rag doll while fighting off others with his other arm. It was 5 or more on him and 1 other guy.
I'm 6 foot 6 and 370 pounds, pretty close to your friend there, and I can say I never want to get physical with anyone. One time I made a mistake and hugged my dad a bit too hard, and he broke two ribs. As for arm wrestling, it's just a sport I follow and don't really do much myself, but I have tried my best against my brother who is almost exactly my size. We just start slowly and build up to a good fight, no jerky movements or anything. There's always a chance someone gets hurt if one gets completely fired up. My brother does have a pretty bad temper, but even he only resorts to yelling if things start getting messy. He can shut people up pretty fast when necessary.
I think Devons one rep max for curl is 150 lb and I'm not being facetious. I always thought Devon made a huge mistake by not concentrating on full body lifting rather than one arm. With his size and genetics, he could have been so huge. Pumpkin training is ridiculous as far as I'm concerned because the whole body works as one unit, You cannot neglect 95% of yourself and expect to be at your best. To be your best, you have to be your best!
Again corey was using BICEPS only-controlled slow reps. With your grip you used, it was bit shoulders, brachialis and biceps and you were giving the weight a lot of momentum upwards.Great workout once again but corey's 1 rep was 1.5x of your reps. so if corey did 10 and u did 15, it would kinda be same effort. no hating its just basics how mechanics work. try doing similar workouts next time with same form it would be more fun i think
@@TheChosenOne2023 Same, but to be fair. It was a complete tear. So tendon of the bone. That means the tendon itself is mostly intact. And ehen A tendon get reateched its done with a metal pin or somthing. So Its pretty sturdy
