This is a Simple tutorial on how to use to RHS Javelin and its features. Please enjoy and remember to subscribe. Comment any subjects you wish for me to cover.

Just tested to confirm it still works. Loaded mods during test are, ACE3, CBA, RHS, TFAR, (all updated) -Left CTRL+ TAB changed fire control mode from TOP to DIRECT (also changed voice due to TFAR) -Press [N] for thermals as it requires to observe thermal signature to lock, -Held [TAB] locking box appeared with audible tone and confirmation of lock, then engaged. I also havnt changed any key mapping.

press T to lock target on DIRect - for some reason with my mods doesnt work normally - with different mods works to change from TOP to DIRect

Tab isn't letting me lock onto vehicles

Note to everybody who can't switch between top attack and direct mode: If you are not running ACE and/or TFAR mod, you have to press F to switch between the firing modes. T to aquire target and you don't even have to switch to thermal sight´for that.

thanks. i was literely not able to lock on enemy for some reason. now i know that i need to hold Tab to lock on as normal T clicking wont work

It only locks if target is hot(moving target) or exposed to sun for long.(the target should be white color.)static targets need to warm up

How long are warm ups and what is considered a warm up?

apparently my Javelin hates me, because when I press Ctrl + TAB, it just stares blankly at me and doesn't switch firing modes. Not sure if running TFAR is causing an issue or not.

Mods im running are ACE3, CBA, RHS and control settings are unmodified arma 3 controls, ill look into it this after noon what might help. As in TFAR i run TFAR while recording this and also in mission, only thing with that is it also change your voice mode to yelling ect when changing firing modes

I noticed it was changing my voice mode in direct talk, but no change in fire mode...

Had the same problem, but then loaded a missile into it and look there, it worked ;) ^^

I'm running RHS and not ACE or TFAR and the fire control mode change doesnt work. Tried both left and right CTRL. Yes it was loaded b/c it wouldnt switch from direct to top down and it did lock on. Just wont change fire control mode.

The server I'm running it on doesn't allow ACE, it's NAKSQUAD #1 Altis. :\ It works its just nice to have the Top down or Direct ya know? Thnx for looking into it.

Thrasi2 I have tested this with most recent ace and rhs with default key mapping and it still works, does the vehicle have a hest signature? And is the ammo loaded generally are people's common issues

Sorry for not being specific enough, the only thing that does not work is the switch from top down to direct. I dont use ace only rhs, but i think thats shouldnt be a problem.
