Michael I just love the way you dig down deep and explain whats inside and how these locks work. You always have me glued. As far as the lock goes its Chinese what do you really expect my friend lol.
Not as complex as one might think after a quick look at that key, but not that simple of a lock either ! Really neat lock. Love your videos Micheal, really informative !
Yeah, the domestic ones are definitely better than the ones made for export...but I haven't seen anything with quality approaching the best european stuff unfortunately.
Great explanation. Really like the way you nut it all out and explain it so well, I like the lock, looks like it would be good for a newbie like me to practice pin in pin picking. Do you know the cost of this lock compared to the original equivalent Mult-T-Lock, cheers
Excellent explanation of the lock but.....a) please record your videos in true HD 1080p quality.... and b) as I understand, there is no Chinese lock without some kind of deceiving .....
Chris - yeah I hear you on the HD thing. I really don't know why the quality isn't as good as it should be and I'm chasing this because it annoys the tits off me as well.
Annnnnd... about 6 weeks/months after you break the "construction" pin and start using the "ABSOLUTELY STUPID & IN NO WAY CLEVER" lock for real.. the broken off portion turns, is suddenly a different height, and jams the damned lock, and you have to get a locksmith out on emergency in the middle of the night.. frankly it's both cheaper and a better idea to specify a cheap lock for "construction".. then get your locksmith to fit a decent reliable one later when you move in.... Or change them yourself, changing euro cyls is so easy even a MILLENNIAL can do it.... hell even a girl millennial
