16th Notes on Hi Hat with Cross Stick 

Garey Williams demonstrates the right hand playing 16th Notes on the Hi Hat with Cross Stick on the snare drum with a Tip stroke then a Side stroke, left foot on the Hi Hat playing the "and' of each beat with a heel down then heel up techniques, Snare Drum on 2 & 4, with a Cross Stick then center and Rimshot strokes and Bass Drum is synced with the play-along bass line. Check out the different Ride Cymbal, Hi Hat and Snare Drum articulations he uses to make the same groove pattern sound different. This pattern is taken from his book, The Ride Hand.
