Me too for 40+ years. As an RN, I found the nursing part highly realistic unlike so many other medical films. The subject matter is horrific how a nurse can take our oath to “do no harm” and this man killed so many people! As an RN you know what drugs can kill in overdoses but to purposefully give an OD of insulin or digoxin and so many other methods or medications that in proper doses help so many is just unfathomable! He’s right! Nurses and healthcare professionals would love this movie because we are drawn to medical story telling but to do what this guy did, was frightening to our patients who trust us to do our best at caring for them.
"Bad Travelling" from Love.Death.Robots was easily my favorite one. After it was over and the credits popped up I saw that it said directed by DAVID FINCHER... no wonder it was awesome.
Since they fictionalized so much of it they should have just made up a good ending unless they were planning on making another season. I don't think they are though
There was a Korean movie you recommended a lot and I can't remember what it was called it was about a cop and Criminal and you like the way both of them were really portrayed it seemed like a good movie if you could possibly remember what it was and let me know thank you
If you haven’t seen the Netflix show “Black Butterflies”, you NEED to. It takes 1 episode to get going, but once it gets going, man does it ever. I was so surprised at how much I liked it. I couldn’t stop watching it after the first episode. The twists will have you saying “Oh my God!” out loud lol. Really good show.

I think this list sucks. Well maybe Netflix sucks. Not much Sci fi or horror. The last installment cabinet of curiosities about the birdwatchers is one of the worst things ever. The wife was horrendous and Rick from the walking dead was terrible.

I loved Hardcore Henry, I will definitely have to check out Carter and Athena now. I also have watched a few of these and enjoyed all of them. All Quiet on the Western Front is a very good war movie. It's grim, and really hammers in the war is hell feeling. I'm halfway through cabinet of curiosities, looking forward to your favorite one of the bunch. So far my favorite has been the Autopsy.

Now, in MY opinion Cabinet of Curiosities had one episode that had two of my favorite actors F. Murray Abraham and Glynn Turman and it is called " The Autopsy" I thought it was very well done, story line, lighting and directing. And I wondered could i, I'd like to think for my friend's sake at least,if I was in the same situation at the end could i make the hard choice that the doctor did and make the ultimate sacrifice? Some of you Older cats like me will understand what I mean. Thanks Darren!
Was thinking how brave and caring the doc was to do that too. Pickman's Model was great too. Loved all of the recognizable actors in several of the stories. Pickman for instance was played by none other than George McFly himself Crispin Glover.

I feel really lucky clicking on The Stranger not knowing a single thing about it. Just watched it unravel and followed the story. Yeah, love it when it happens. Going to check out at least 4 of these I haven't seen . Nice one 👍
Every Australian knows this crime. However the way the perpetrator was caught is not widely known. The method of catching the criminal is allowed in Australia and the UK but is totally illegal in the USA so American audiences need to be aware of this fact. Even though I knew who the character was and what he did from the start I was riveted by the movie.
Just binged 1899. What a ride! Next up for me, The Wonder. I enjoyed The Watcher for all its weirdness. And also recommend Cabinet of Curiosities. Also am looking forward to Love Death and Robots (season 3).

Night of the mini dead A++. Probably top 10 ever short. The others were all pretty good too in that series and I was surprised by Sea Beast. It was actually a really good movie for the times we are living in. it was more like a 90's or 2000's animation. I'm falling behind, I have usually seen about 80 percent of the movies on this channel but I have not seen any of the rest of these. A few of them look pretty good. Lost Bullet looks right up my alley, surprised I missed that one.
I like The Watcher a lot and found all the characters interesting, well acted (I love Bobby Canavale) and the whole cinematography and musical score kept me fully engaged throughout. However, like you mentioned for one of the other films, I liked it a lot less when I looked into the “true story” claim and discovered so much was either exaggerated or fabricated. To be clear, if they said “inspired by true events” rather than “based upon”, I would be less cantankerous. In any event, I really enjoyed it and I understand there will be a Season 2.
Interesting. I thought the Viewing and esp. the Murmuring episodes were the weakest myself. I particularly enjoyed Pickman's Model. Looking forward to watching 1899. Hope its good.
I had a problem combining John list murders from the 70s with the watcher. Just because it happened in the same down didn't mean there was a connection. I had more questions of who John list was.
Love Death & Robots. Thumbs up. Going to watch Invader Zim, Enter the Florpus Going to take a look at WolfWalkers also. Need a little break, that's why Zim and the rest. Then onto Black Rain 89 and Oldboy. Will look at Cabinet of Curiosities. I enjoyed Mandy very much. All Quiet on the Western Front 2022 is a must-see for me. If you haven't seen The Captian 2017, it's worth your time.
Thanks for the suggestions Darren. It makes me a bit sad that you have to include verbiage about slowness in some films. If they're excellent films some of that may come from the pacing. Not every movie has to dance a jig constantly to keep your attention 🤨

Monster is the actual title with Dahmer...as the secondary title and there is going to be a season 2, we can only speculate on which famous serial killer they'll take a deep dive exploration, it's been guessed that Gacy might be next. I watched it in 3 days and I'm watching it a second time very good although there were many untruths in it.
'Lost Bullet 2' is the best action movie I've seen this year so far. Can't wait for the third one. If you wanna see the best 'sing shot' movie and you like anything to do with food or restaurants, then watch 'Boiling Point' (2021) with Stephen Graham. It's a British film and this one was all done in one single take with now trick edits and the acting is just amazing.

I understand why people why Blonde is not for everyone, but I thought it was a complete masterpiece - easily my favorite film of the year, as upsetting as it is. This movie is not really about Monroe at all; it's about US - how we drown our actual self beneath a totally fictional self ; something that anyone on social media can probably understand - and it's incredibly harsh and painful.
Didn't like the watcher, The house is so big yet they showed tiny hallways, the formal dining room and outside over and over again? No TV, no family room not even the slightest mess or disorganization great actors but just not believable. YES I KNOW IT IS A TRUE STORY! I DOUBT IT PLAYED OUT THAT WAY.
I like jamie foxx but Day Shift was bad...honestly he's made bad choices wit his movies lately. Carter, good action flick. Like twilight zone vibe wit Cabinet of Curiosities. 👊🏾
Raycon earbuds were my first Bluetooth buds and love them. I have a second pair, JBL Bluetooth buds, also excellent. Both hold a charge for a long time, and recharge quickly. Take advantage of Van Dam's link if you're looking for good earbuds. I agree they also would make a nice Christmas gift. (Personally, I find JBL's earbuds easier on the ears if you tend to fall asleep listening to stuff in bed -- like ASMR videos).
Mila Kunis wasn't very good. Underwhelming performance and ponderous plot development. Obviously the subject matter is important but the presentation was tedious.
Carter - I tried watching it. I really tried. But the shaky drone type camera work of ALL the chase scenes was just nauseating to the max. I quit probably half way through. Like I said, I really tried.

I'm guessing you didn't enjoy The Wonder? Or maybe you filmed the video before it came out cuz it's pretty recent I think. I thought it was an excellent film though as you said about several on your list, very dark.
I watched Blonde and it's beautifully shot, supremely acted, and left me feeling like I knew her saga better than ever. I am not sure I could say I enjoyed it, it's more like I survived it. I'm glad I watched Norma Jeane Mortenson's tragedy.
Can't wait for their latest movie about a Black Ukrainian soldier falling in love with a Transgender Russian General and them adopting an Asian baby and the troubles they go through. Awesome movie
The hostage flick did change some of the facts, and it’s no different then European based movies, some of the slave, civil war, western, Jewish, Irish, many many more. The outrage is now that blacks are changing facts is only because it’s clear and open now. That’s one thing our species do terrible, we do not learn from our past, we hide it or ashamed of it or make that atrocity available to all. Like movies
