38 year old ex skater. It's a pleasure to see such talent and style. For all you teenagers out there, you will get old, you will stop skating, you will have kids, you will get fat but you will never stop loving skateboarding!
Keeping in mind a crew has a bunch of people to make a single video, I'd say most of these guys should be hooked up ten times over. Insane level of skating.
this video is proof of how ridiculously fast skateboarding is advancing these guy are doing stuff I haven't seen majority of pros doing. I cant imagine what the next generation is going to be like.
yes, but i think you mean 'select,' not "selective." In your sentence, "selective" would serve as an adjective to describe the few rather than them being the select few, but I get what you mean. However, kinesthetic intelligence is much more easily acquired on planets where the force of gravity as your people call it is not as 'demanding' so to speak. Desirable traits actually range from advanced mental and spiritual capabilities to symmetric physical make-ups (as shallow as that may seem).
i used to skate with some of them back in the day here in the valley before fate decided skating at a high level wasnt for me but they are incredible they dont know the meaning of bigger stuff means u cant do crazy stuff down it that doesnt register to them they will do the same they can do on flat ground and on flat bars down 17 stairs and big handrails absoulutley a new breed of skaters so proud to have known them for a while and i DEFINATLEY AGREE the fact they arent sponsored yet is a total shame Much love Majer crew!
Dude I just got done watching idk how many of your videos! They are so good! You make me wish I would've kept skating when I was younger!! Keep up the awesome work man!!
I'm actually very surprised at the lack of people who have actually known of MAJER Crew before this video. I've been following them for years. Truly awesome skaters.
PONYBOYonline Listen young ponyboy. first lesson: there are no stats to skateboarding second lesson: In my opinion tony is not the best. I believe people only see skateboarders as "omg, you're like tony hawk." He's cool but too overrated. i'd rather hear people say "wow ur like jay adams or tony alva". hell, even riley hawk. Also you have little 10 year olds besting his greatest tricks. He can bearly skate street. third lesson: just because have a game named after you doesnt mean ur the best. shaun white has a skateboarding game that was utter sheeet. he's also not the best. This is just some words of wisdom young Ponyboy
PONYBOYonline the question is, can tony hawk do a darkslide? which is more than often no. if you want to see a darkslide then look at Rodney Mullen or Jason Park. people of that nature. But to answer your question ive done one and it messed up my grip so I dont plan on doing it again.
It's not always about the trick itself, it's about how it looks. Style matters too dude...You see that pop shove it that guy did and the kickflip indy? Those two tricks stood out the most to me but they were some of the least tech..
absolutely off the scale on the creativity- well done by all. i cant even think as fast as these guys feet move. seriously, when you think you've seen skating hit some kind of limit a video like this shows up reminding you of its infinite boundaries.
i used to skate when i was 16 i stopped because i broke my wrist now i'm 22 i just want to start again (i still have the skateboard i used when i broke my wrist)
+NightFlutter dude it's not as long but i stopped for over 3 years, started skating again a month ago and haven't lost anything. just visualize all the tricks you did and they'll come back quick with patience.
Josh Katz your awesome man I wish I were like you one day you inspired me to skate even harder keep up the good work and forget those hatters out there
Holy shit, I haven't skated in a couple of years, just started watching videos again and I have never seen skating like this. The technicality is insane. Crazy what these kids are doing now a days with a skateboard
