I miss my Lewis doggie son of 10 years with us. He was rescued and came into our lives then suddenly everyone around him was their best self…?loving giving, not angry as he blessed us all everyday. His Westie sister misses him so. I have had dreams of my boy , he was 24 lbs here, but had changed his size in a few of these dreams big Lewis and tiny Lewis fitting into-my arms… as comes to me as I hug him he snuggles against me…still looking exactly like him. He is sharing with me that he can be a big dog and a little dog where he he has that freedom now, and I take this as through his love message it translates that physical ,quantitative life is not fixed and not really prominent where he is and that the love is the same always. They are still with us.❤

You need to feel that god is going to heal your pain completely and pray continuously as you feel his love. He will take away your pain if you really feel it in yourself.

These frequencies work by stimulating certain patterns in your brain and that either diminishes the pain signal, or triggers muscle support and stability. Likely a combination of both, but it does not work directly on the site of pain.

Almost everyone is magnesium deficient these days. Magnesium is needed for proper muscle function. I bathe in magnesium flakes and I use the same in an oil form in between. I used to get cramps in my legs and feet from sciatica and had to use a cane. The very 1st time I ever bathed in magnesium chloride flakes I was able to throw away the cane! I'm not a doctor but I'd have to think they might be very beneficial for your, or any other, muscle disorder. U can get a small bag of mag flakes on amazon for less than $10. I've suggested this to others for muscle cramping and every one of them were blown away by them. Extremely relaxing all over!

@Mary May Have you been checked out by a rheumatologist? It's sounds like you may have Ankylosing Spondylitis. It's a genetic (most often) progressive (inflammatory) autoimmune disorder that affects the spine, other bones and joints (sometimes more if not caught "early"). It's a more rare arthritic disease, I was recently diagnosed with it myself and I'd suggest looking into it. Best of luck to you 🌟

Anxiety is the only reason I can’t sleep normally or eat everyday. I don’t know your reasons but you’re not alone by the way deep breathing or just focusing on breathing is my favorite thing to calm down. Meditation is something I can’t do because I can’t focus on my thoughts. But when I breath I try to slow it down and focus on it. It helps sometimes. Not always. But I hope it can help you

Don't mind my poor English but there seems to be a connection between migrains and fybr. Have you tried a diet where you separate carbohydrates and proteïne (for at least 1,5 our between eating)? It helped me alot for mygraines. Maybe it works also for fybr. (I have both), but I didn't try it myself.
