Even though I have only seen the first few moments I can already see that this is going to be amazing! The ripples around the edges and the shape of the stones ! It looks like the ripples in the sand! Can’t wait to watch the rest! I was right! It is incredibly beautiful! It looks like ice! You will have to make a mould from it for us! 🎉🎉❤

I'd love to see what it looks like with sand or pebbles underneath. It's gorgeous! Well done! There's so many possibilities for the background. It needs the ripples to be hollow so maybe a solid background that's not filling the ripples would keep the beautiful light reflections. The ability to change the background would be fun. A sand photo or picture of pebbles or ocean water. Oh my gosh this is so cool! This may be my all time favorite piece!

Throw some small hammer head sharks small turtles and shells. Paint the tips white to make waves. I'm a ocean fanatic. However I won't go in the ocean. I almost drowned as a 5 year old with undertow.

I love the idea of using that cloth as a background. If you could somehow fix it so that you could attach a bit of a frame where the cloth could be changed if desired, that would allow so much flexibility in case of changing room decor.

Wow absolutely stunning Julie. So simple and elegant. A Woden stand for it along the long edge and stand it up, would also look stunning on a shelf or just hung in a bathroom. 🌊It’s a beautiful shade of aqua from here! I was just thinking “a canvas with sand and some small stones . . .” when you said it. 🪷Did you hear me yelling, “Julie! I wanna see the grass side ‘in the water’!” If it were browner, it would look like my view from my skull! 🚣🏻‍♂️. I can tell how close to shore I am by the length of the weeds beneath me.

I got the wavy edge just using a straight edge on the plastic. Mine turned out beautifully just like yours.

Love the final result of this one! The resemblance to the effects of ripples on a pool is top tier, and would absolutely make a nice mold/mould for future projects. I can see people wanting one just from what the original looks like, too.

Wow, that’s really an amazing piece, definitely needs a mold. 💦 when you placed on the canvas, I could see the portion of that canvas that was covered with the resin piece as a place to add your beach and shells etc. also it would look amazing with fish painted on canvas or anything. ❤❤❤ great work

Julie, first of all, you’re not stupid- this is a learning experience and trial so things don’t come to light immediately 😊. Secondly, this tray is awesome and I would love to see you make a mold of it!!!
