I have loved listening to these podcasts this past few weeks, I've been working my way backwards through the archive. Ben's laugh is like a constant bookmark for the best parts of the show. I agree he's essential to what makes these episodes great. Obviously he's replaceable to a certain degree, and Tim could do well without him, but I think I share the strong feeling that the fans have, that we hope Tim sticks with Ben because he means a lot to us!

my fav office Christmas party. It was the day before the holiday weekend with Christmas on Monday. They tell us on Tuesday when we return to work they will be telling some of us that you are getting laid off. I still remember the one guy who did end up getting the axe joking with the boss that it wouldn't be him. So they sent us all home to worry about getting laid off, Merry Christmas!

Might be the best episode yet. A fucking tour de force. Tim reminds me of what initially turned me onto comedy when I was like 12-13 years old; shades of the Stern show's more raucous, sharp moments, and comics from the late 90s that were quick, fun, inventive, and smart.
