Love this content ben. I bought a property (700sqm) in sydney last year after the 15% correction to live in but plan to knock down and build duplexes in the next few yrs and also looking to invest in perth in the next 12 months and hold long term. Hopefully my strategy pays off.

Always provide quality videos but this gem from 3 years ago couldn’t be more spot on . Learnt a lot. Finally subscribed to PSE and loving the content and looking forward to developing my strategy for the next few years. Can you explain in more detail around your point 5- tax. Are you using negative gearing? Seems to be a dirty word with many property investors.

Thanks Ben, been watching a few of your videos and this is the first time I heard you mention tiny houses instead of granny flats, do you have a video explaining why you are building tiny houses instead of G flats? thanks bro

Same thing. Just called it a tiny house as it’s under the same roofline as the main house and feels a little different to a granny flat haha

We’re going to call them all tiny homes now. Feel like it gives a better representation of the product. The idea came from our property manager!
