Long putt finish on 18 got the thumbs up. Also I am so glad to see a video with snow on the course. I live in Minnesota and we’ve had snow for the past 4 months but like a lot of snow. Most of our baskets are only 12-18” tall right now. Some the bottom of the cage is flush with packed snow. It’s very fun but also I’m ready for it to be done.

welcome to colorado! i just moved here a couple months ago and trying to learn and get back into disc golf shape. very very different from northeast golf, that's for sure. prickly pines was the first course I played here as well!

Today is the first time I got to try/feel a ton of different putters at my local shop (switching from Wizards to something else). The slick feel of the Innercore combined with it being soft/flexible makes me sort of inconsistent with it, but still a fantastic putter. Settled on Clash Discs Butter & Popcorn Softy. It's money imo 👌.

Prickles pines is a dope course. Was just there a few weeks back, looks like most of the snow has melted 😅. Fwiw half of my Innova Star discs are the same with slickness in the cold like this. For whatever reason half of them are good and half are super slick. Idk what’s up with Star plastic 🤷🏼‍♂️

We play doubles at upper badlands on Saturdays (where the 303 Open is this year - I see you’re on the waitlist). Usually get a good bunch of players rated 950+. Definitely worth looking for the MHDGC post from James Ivory - it’s a great time.

If you're not from elevation it will take a few days to get somewhat acclimated. Until then, heavy breathing is allowed. (cold doesn't help much)
