Had Killer7 come out a few years later when meme culture was really permeating everything you'd probably see a lot more animations like this one on RU-vid. After that little nod they gave it in Travis Strikes Again I keep hoping they'll someday bring it back in some form.

"COLLATERAL SHOT!" is more or less the killer7 line I remember the most even while I've already cleared the game myself. And the game's not even ultimately about Dan, who's pretty much the mascot in the grand scheme of it. Also, fitting that that originally 2D cutscene got this 2D fan reanimation. It even has me further realizing why fanworks shouldn't be underestimated.
