AAU teaches everyone how to be the number 1 scoring option on their team, even though 99% of these players either won’t make it pro or if they do they sure as hell won’t be the number 1 scoring option.
This is why the American players develop much slower and these days usually don’t hit their peak until their mid to sometimes late 20s unlike the European players
@@vinny8195 nope all american are strong player. but too much ego who doesnt want to give way. just look at team usa play. too many one on one. no team play like european. they train to be the no1 but doesnt like someone taking the chip on team. while european player are matured player. that if also given the atletic ability of some us player. probably make the usa player like kids.
The reason is because the player grows up in an academy created by the professional team. The professional team wants this guy to be valuable so they teach instill fundamentals, and let the players work on his weaknesses even if it costs the team games. The highlights are created meant to demonstrate to other clubs, how valuable he is, not some AAU coach who wants to see players dunk.
@EazyAhworukuh know what else is funny? Your English. You sound like you're in the third grade still. So for you to think you have any competition with me is hilarious. Back off, degenerate.
@@silewis9396 rubio was not like Luka. Rubio was good, he was fast and great court vision, but Luka was way better at shooting and better overall at 18 than rubio at 18. Luka was the mvp of the Euroleague at 18-19
Based on this footage i predict this guy will get Euroleague Rising Star award, Eurobasket tournament, Euroleague cup, Euroleague MVP regular season award, MVP Final Four award, NBA ROTY award, NBA All-Star invitation, NBA ring, NBA season MVP award, NBA playoff MVP award and NBA HOF.
Here in Europe, we’ve heard about Luka since the age of 15 because he started to play professionally at that age. Professionally, not against college kids.
He just has skill you cannot train or teach, the foot work, the playmaking at that age is artistry. When you saw Lebron James at that age he was a physical specimen, Luka looks like your average HS player, but with complete skill no player has ever had.
BBAppleCrunch he won the u18 Euroleague tournament and u18 Spanish championship @ 16 when he was 17 I think he won Spanish cup, and when he was 19 he won Euroleague and Spanish championship
1:43 : that’s actually me playing defense about to get the ball put through my legs by little did I know future nba player and probably one day mvp Luka doncic who woulda thought
A mi esta temporada nos a tocado en el primer grupo de clasificacion con Real Madrid "A" ( en el que juega este chico ) y juro que es imposible defenderles Les felicito por el equipo que tienen y por la temporada que se han marcado
One guy named Manuel Ortega was saying in Spanish like 5/6 years ago here in the comments that has never seen a player as him as every year looks like he is getting bigger and mature for his age and has been 2015 MVP in the Hospitalet Tournament were I played to back then and most prestigious in youth teams. Even he said to have the opportunity to have fun watching him in Spain before he goes to the NBA.
Mark Knopfler, Giannis is averaging 30.1 pts/14 .1rbds/6.6 assts/1.5 stls/1.4 blcks in less minutes than Doncic. He’s also actually competing for a ring, so idk what you’re on. Giannis is also way better at defense considering he was second in DPOY voting and Doncic is below average.
Dude's been literally doing it for more than 10 years straight. His genius approach to basketball fitted a skinny 6'2" 13-yr-old as well as it does a 6'7" 230 lb. NBA point guard. People should remember this when considering 1) as of 2024, he's not even at his peak yet; and 2) this cerebral play based on IQ, court vision, awareness and positional reading doesn't fade with age (as opposed to the overhyped "athleticism") -- plus, it grows with experience. Luka's prime will probably last longer than average and he's playing at elite level since puberty. This guy is a blessing to basketball and he's destined for great things.
This clip is a lesson for NBA scouts and GM ! Already at 14 years old one can see his extraordinary talent. NBA scouts underestimated him at 18! Level Expertise scouts ….
Its funny to watch it in 2024! :D Kid as many others here in highschool in USA. He is slow, he is fat and he is this one of the best players in the NBA! Watching him and Jokic play is a great experience
Na 2:00 Luka stane da vidi da li je sve u redu sa protivnickim igracem. To samo moze dobar covjek da uradi instiktivno.Ne treba da pricam da je daleko najbolji kosarkas u Evropi...
