I was a child that time. I remember the explosions sounds from that operation. We had no idea what was going. I was acared like crazy. The next morning the EPLF radio reported the operation and everybody was extremely happy, I was not allowed to listen the radio broadcast of the EPLF. Because, the Ethiopean regim was jailing and executing for any one who was cought listening that station. So, incase children talk in the streets about what they heared, they were sent outasde to play when that channel is on by our parents. It was like a dark age under the Ethiopean regime in our country.😢
