Omg that happened to me too - luckily it was me that thought you have charged me too much - I had to wait while they called manager as the assistant was not getting it. I showed her on my bill items I clearly didn’t have but the manager said I will have to go and play cameras back! I was stood there for ages becoming quite angry then manager came running down and outside looking for customer before me (she hadn’t been charged) I said to the assistant she’s long gone! Manager returned all apologetic but I was not amused 😒 😳
