What a dream? Not all of us would wanna buy our childhood home. Some of us lived in the hood lol, but this house and this neighborhood look really nice. I'm happy for them!
@kitvwx I'm happy af for them!!! Not salty at all lol. It's just the person who said "what a dream" to me it sounded like they truly think that everyone had nice homes growing up. So it felt like the person who said that is a little out of touch with reality. I dunno, maybe they didn't mean it that way but that's just how it sounded.
@@abbyhoneywaffles I guess a ‘nice house’ is a matter of opinion. It for sure isn’t a big fancy house like the previous 2 houses she has had but many people would be thrilled to have it .I personally would rather have a payed off house than a huge mortgage.

How absolutely full circle is this for Oscar and Addie. He wanted nothing more to complete the basement at his first homes to be able to fit all the family and here he has a completed blank canvas ready for a new look. Also, the wood floors kind of remind me of his mom’s house too! And omg Addie being able to remodel the home that loved her into adulthood and turn it into the home of their dreams. Beautiful! You know, I'm glad that he is getting all this support he deserves, but we all should stop constantly bringing 'someone else' up and let it go. They moved on and so should we. ❤ My husband and his exwife divorced 20 years ago and after about 5 we were all friends again. And even during those first 5 more challenging years we supported and respected each other, for the sake of their kids. For the last 7 years my husband's ex-wife became our daughter's main babysitter and substitute 'aunt' because our families live farther away. Moving on without hate is freeing. 😌
Agreed. I’m not sure why some people feel they need to carry on the grievance like they were part of the relationship and are somehow personally impacted. Keira and Oscar have both moved on and so should everyone else. No one but them knows what really went on in their relationship so no one else should feel entitled to make comment or get involved. Focus on your own relationships!

I admire Oscar greatly, he has grown so much and has done alot of work on himself and changes his errors and I'm very proud of him. Addies dad's house has so much potential and great bones to it so it'll be renovating and bringing up to date and Oscar knows his stuff as it's now sort of his profession as a real estate agent. I wish I could go back and tell that 19 year old boy that it would all be OK in the end and to not doubt himself as he is a marvellous man and father . He is a credit to his mum and dad too

I love how this home tour is so wholesome compared to previous home tours. It used to be all about the perfect white house and couches, but now Oscar is excited about just being in the position to buy a home that is sentimental for Addie and creating a home for his family.

In 2022 we bought the house that my grandfather built 46 years ago. I grew up in that house until he sold it and then I bought it back. We renovated the house and it was by far one of the most best experiences of my life and my grandfather who is 87 was (still is) alive to watch the whole process.
