I followed you video and tried on my CNC machine but if I switch off the machine or the computer or both in all cases the machine went through my projects please can you tell me if I have to alter any mach3 settings

After second tool fit in spindle need rehoming or direct cutting after set in spindle ,tool

@@rogerwebb9600 sir rehoming again all axis machine spindle left side and z will go up side, then this situation spindle will go other side of job, because I use center origin use for model making In artcam 2017 , so I save file gcode mm, and then first I open mach3 software , then after open software , I clicked soft limit switch off position without light glow, then I press rehoming button, so machine automatically left side x axis move, and my table back side go and spindle go up side, so that is my Homing process I do

Your mean sir if power cut , then press only feed hold button and shut down laptop, then next open laptop , and no need any settings, only open mach3, then after open mach3, enter line in run here and enter key press, after press enter key then click run here , then after run here click on cycle , then spindle will start and started resume Engraving, am I right or wrong 🙏

Nice video. What are the feeds and speeds for the roughing cut? I understand that you used the full depth of cut but still, it seems to me that such a machine (linear ball rails with servo motors) could go faster?

Sir regarding restarting the machine and laptop the next day in between a half done job, do we have to reset the zero position ? some how things did not work please advise .. Thanks from NZ

not sure if these comments are monitored but did you go to start position of job before you shut down ? i notice it is at start position but didnt see it in you movie regards Jon

to obtain better results, flip the material, and cut against the grain !, wide in Y axis. And 12 mm is too big tool, 6 mm do better roughing job, don't left burn marks and tool marks...

Very good, I have a problem that I have found in Mach 3, I have the STB4100 controller with the TB6600 drivers and 4 nema 23 motors, the problem is that I get a warning (G100) when trying to set the soft limit, it drives me crazy and I don't know what to do anymore, it's been 2 months now and I haven't been able to solve it, I would really appreciate it if you could help me. Dear sir, I am facing big problem with my Mach3 cnc machine. Here, we face frequent electricity cut off problem. Sometime when electricity cut off, all the X, Y, and Z value in mac3 are changing when restart the machine again. Can not start from the same point where it stopped to work. It wast my expensive wood. I want to start from the same point where it stopped. Is there any solution to solve the problem? Please could you help me to solve the problem?

Sir why you use 38000 mach3, because if suddenly system reboot after half model lines Engraving, during power failure then how to start resume Engraving , please guide me sir🙏

thanks for the video, just wondering... did you just write down the XYZ coordinates when you stopped the first day and reentered them manually the next day? or did you rezero the machine the next day (machine zero or stock zero)? or is there a way to save last position coordinates in mach3 when you shut down and reload them automatically when you restart the program?
