Mystery item reminded me of an umbrella tip

Great hunt guys !!! Awesome relics and coins :) That bell rack is very cool, I have a few that shape. Now I know what they went to. Joe I think found the oldest piece, Those rat tail pewter spoons can date 1710 to 1740 :) That was a Hickok buckle, Nice one too !!
