A gem picker would probably be easier to put the eyes in the molds. This is so cute! Reminds me of “the very hungry caterpillar”🐛🥰

Julie that is just too adorable! You could use those UV colored resins for the circles before you dust them too. The possibilities are endless with this mold. If only you had tiny wings...it reminds me that beautiful caterpillar on the movie Bugs Life from Disney. ❤️🐛

Hi Julie, I just watched Claire's crafty corner, she did a large skull with jesmonite so cute, but she also had some small skull, i asked her if she could a make alot of small skulls pack into large skull and cover in resin. Would like to see your interpretation of that. Love both channels.

Super cute... a genius thing i learnt watching Danial Cooper was to put a mirror under the mold when you want to try and uv cure from both sides.

Julie, for nail art there is a pencil like tool that the end has wax for picking up jewels. I think it will work for those cute eyes.

So cute, as for the eyes you may want to check a nail art or hardware store for a set of tweezers with a curved end so it's easyer for you to put the eyes in, the fun thing with those tweezers is you squeeze to open them but once they hold something you can let go and it just holds it.

Nail Artist Here!!! ✋🏻 I think a wax pencil would be even better then then tweezers! Both would work great (definitely better then what shes using! Lol) but i think a wax pencil might be a tiny bit better of an option for this situation! Or just use whatever works! They say work smarter not harder!! Lol

Absolutely adorable. You might want to get one of the pencil they use for putting gems on nails to put the eyes in it.

Your talking about the wax pencils rights? I'm a Nail Artist who's really nosey and soon as i heard some "nail talk" i came running! Lol So if you did... Yea that would probably be extremely helpful with this situation! Although this situation seems like it would be really challenging no matter what tool is used! Lol Sooo shes screwed either way! 🤷🏼😂😂😂😂

The only issue is getting the eyes to stick to the mold. I've tried a couple of different ways and seems like the eyes never want to stay in place!

For the eyes, could you kind of push the head inside out just a bit and put them in that way? I don't know if that would damage the mold or not. It just seems a bit easier. Either way, this is such a cute little creature and I am completely in love! ❤❤
