I was silently cheering “GO GREG GO!!” All through the video. And i can say you definitely fished your ass off dude!! Congrats on the 3rd AND I must say again, your video editing skills are top notch, Greg. Seriously, nice work on production.
I didn't go good in the tournament but it feels good to be apart one the biggest kayak tournament in California! And congratulations on making it to top 5
Dang one more fish and you would’ve got second place first place smashed them. But that is a great job Man almost 200 anglers and he got third place that’s amazing that big a field top three let’s go
This video did not disappoint Greg. Congratulations to you and Alden! Great to see the smiles on all the crews faces; looks like a fun time had by all.
I really would have loved to see what Damian could have pulled out of this lake... But congratulations to you and the FUN crew ..I enjoy watching the whole gang.. What a nice bunch of guys.. The Frye Guy...
Boy i would like to have 182 people in are group. So far on an average we only got 95 in are group. Can't wait for this weekend an hopefully i can get them females to bite. So far all i been getting is Male's around 12 to 16inches. That's not gonna win this tournament.
Half way thru the video, and enjoying what I'm seeing, anyway congratulations. I keep saying it and seem like I aint wrong, this is your year. And keep up the good work.
Congratulations Greg on 3rd. Place that is really a great finish considering all the people in that tournament. And congratulations to the whole crew with catching so many fish. That lake looks really beautiful. Good luck to the whole crew in the next tournament guys.🙂🍺
kayak shotgun start!? man that sounds fun not dangerous but fun. take me back to the 90s and bumper cars!! oooooh there would be some mad mofos at me lol
Congratulations on the bronze. There is that needed pressure you seem to need to stay focused. Well done. You have a hell of a producers eye. Your editing and over all video play out is top notch. Besides your fishing skill and your friends who sure help a lot too. Comic relief 🍻🍻🍻 Never forget to laugh and enjoy these moments. My hats off to all of you.
That was some great and smart fishing,. I'm so glad that you're doing great this year with tournaments and i definitely think youll be aoy soon!!!. I'll always be rooting for you regardless tho! 🎣🎣🎣
Man I saw the Facebook alert a while ago and wanted to say congrats but didn’t want to blow up your spot and ruin the surprise- keep on grinding and good things will happen
NO. 3 WOOHOO YES!!!!! Quite the exciting day! Well done on raising the confidence meter 😉 We were at Clear Lake on April 29; the bass are still on beds. Some committed to the baits while others ignored everything to our angst. Our Big Fish earned us $$$ at 4.50 lbs. 😊.(Watching you dropshot gives me vindication.) Stay safe and enjoy! 🎣🤗🎣
Forgot to add. One of my favorite things about a shotgun launch, with around 100 anglers, or more. It's seeing how everyone rigs their own kayak, ad no two boats, are the same. With all the lights, electronics, DIY Add-on's etc. And the evolving sport, we've all created. God bless all! 😎 🛶 🎣
Congrats Greg, you're a Beast 🤘🏽. When's the new merch coming out , the back should have a big ol Muffin top with the saying "Stay On Brothheerrr!!!!" 😂
I would LOVE to catch little 12 inchers like that all day. It sure beats my usual, which is absolutely nothing. Couldn't catch a fish if my life depended on it. Still trying to catch my first of the season. Haven't even seen a fish swimming around yet this year.
Good job with your 3rd place finish, and great video! This is David Poirier, we met at the awards ceremony. Keep up the good work! My tournament video will be out soon, and I subscribed to your channel.
ONE MORE keeper and you woulve been 2nd place wooooow!.. what a great day of fishing. Im gonna be honest you probably have caught more fish in this tournament than me in a year haha
Greg, you should really grab one of those fish measuring sticker things and put it along the side of your kayak. Or even just use a sharpie and mark out 12 and 14 inches somewhere so you can use it as a quick reference. That way you aren't second guessing and potentially saving time by pulling your board out for nothing. Congrats on 3rd place though! You slayed them!
Great video! What a beautiful lake! I want to give a shot out to Father God, what a wonderful and amazing God he is! He has blessed us all with so much. I'm so grateful for everything he does. Don't forget he has called us to be fishers of men. There is nothing more important than the salvation of your fellow man/woman. We are not promised tomorrow. Time is short my friends. You see what is happening here and all around the world. God bless you all.
Congratulations on your finish. You caught a ton of spots! I noticed you wavered on several that were "close". Here is an idea, get a measuring decal and place it on your oar handle. You can do a quick check without having to pull your board out and put it back. Just an observation but that thing male a lot of noise when moving it. Could help when fish are shallow and there is a need to be quieter...Can't wait for the next drop!
Okay, not gonna lie, it hurt when you just discarded that beautiful, big rainbow trout like it was nothing. 😁 Yes, I know you want the bass for the tournament. But that was a nice damned trout! Worthy of holding up for the camera! Even if it won't count.
Pretty sure dude with 332 inches just kept the same fish and snapped pictures of it every five minutes.. i mean cmon 😂 another great tourney for you ..bassmaster 2024 🏆
Thank you for showing us the launch scene, seems very intimidating and very chaotic…I’m new to tournament fishing and that clip helped me out in figuring out how to approach the launch Debacle.
What’s to prevent anglers from catching the same bed fish multiple times? Anything? If you happened to locate a few giants can you target them multiple times throughout the day?
Great video as always . Wife and I watch all your videos. We've been wanting to ask for a long time . How come your kayak fills up like a bath tub all the time . Just wondering . Thanks
That was pretty solid grinding dude. Proud for ya. Your lakes out there look like our Lewis Smith Lake here in Alabama. You would probably do well on a Smith Lake derby.
