I visit them once a week, but am behind with my videos. I take more photos by the way than videos. They can be found on Flickr, google for 'gorillafanNL flickr'. They found the milk from day one! They are often with one of the 2 babysitters, 16 yo Shatilla and 6 yo Shaila. Mostly one of them has one and mom the other. This week I saw mom with none and both of them had one. Also 4 yo N'Washi (full sister) had one this week. More videos this weekend.
I'm sure you'll see them! I hope for you that they are outside. They weren't today. Both because of the weather and Makoua's baby (born 24 October around 6.40 PM with 6 visitors watching). Tomorrow the weather will be better! Enjoy your day.
I don't think there could have been a better mom for these guys then NGayla. She figured it all out with grace and patience even with her older kids trying to grab and touch the twins. She's amazing 🦍💋
That's just impossible since we're inside a building with walls, glass and a roof looking at them. No sounds come through. Only very loud ones when I'm all alone. And as you can understand, I'm not alone there. Inside is the same. They're in a building then and we're looking down at them through glass.
When was the last video taken? Twins are 2 months old already. Are they still just hanging on mom or have they tried anything new? Are they finding their milk now. Cindy T. Thanks for all you provide on these twins. I love baby gorillas.
Noticed that the twins are starting to look passed mom now at their surrounding. Noticed also that mom isn't eating much like in the beginning when she had them. Twins will be 5 week's old tomorrow the 20th. Looking good. When can we expect names?
