That's his home now. He likes this girl. Those are his new family. He doesn't want to be with his father who wants to control him... and make him do this or that. He feels free. Josiah looks traumatized, Lord knows what kind of diseases that guy who assaulted that girl could have, he might even be positive. I believe the numbers are really high when it comes to women being taken advantage of who are homeless, that sort of thing happens a lot, and Josiah isn't strong enough to protect her or himself, this is awful 😞
Yeah she definitely needs to get tested more frequently now after that incident. Takes like 3-6 months for antibodies to show up. Maybe sooner, not sure.

i make my grown son who’s of age do what i want i had him when i was 17 and he’s now 18 if i say no or don’t or u can’t go or come inside it goes what i say goes. i think it’s the level of respect a kid has for a parent my kids know i love and have their best interests a heart and i have 7 with one on the way my husband is a teacher

I noticed it with the both of them during this interview. It could be the lighting since it looks like they were in a partly shaded area on a sunny day. They both had this youthful spark to them personality wise in the last interview... it seems the streets are eating that spark.

Just because you’re homeless that doesn’t mean it’s the end. I been homeless a few times in life and I still would work a job and make money and save till I can get a place. When you hit rock bottom you can only go up! Keep going never give up believe in yourself!!

Most people that go after homeless women aren't homeless men at times it's regular men that goes into the homeless environment to pray on the homeless women. Josias need to be careful and one more thing some women mouths be getting people involved into trouble.

That young fella is so very lost and confused. I could see him listening to you but also he had eyes on everything going on around him. Most of all I'm super proud of him at the end for figuring out a distraction method by telling people there was more food. He really didn't want to be in the situation he's in and again I'm proud of him for listening, observing and problem solving all at once ❤

Josias and the young lady both needs to be in a treatment facility so they can get the mental help that they need. And I pray them kids don't come up with H.I.V downtown. I had an uncle who had issues and would stay on them same streets for months then come home to sober up, get himself together just to go right back out there. He was arrested on them streets for public drunkenness, taken to rice street jail and at the time they would test all the inmates for TB and H.I.V. My uncle cleaned up his act after being diagnosed and went to stay with his sister (My aunt) whom called at 5 am Christmas Eve of 2008 to say something was wrong with my uncle and he's locked in the bathroom. I got there to only find him deceased of a massive heart attack (Side effects of the A.I.D.S medication) on the toilet while using it at the age of 49. I said all of that to say.......THEM KIDS NEED TO GET OFF THE STREETS! If them other mentally unstable folks don't k%!! them.......the streets itself eventually will!😥
Poor baby 🙏he gets help before it’s too late. Sadly he is a follower/easily influenced and it’s not looking good for him. He has a good heart and spirit that just makes me really feel for him.

Someone who's gonna pay the rent for him and send him a weekly allowance. I say this because I am one. He doesn't have to go home but he should be set up so that he's not on the streets. I am going through a similar situation with a family member. 6 weeks ago we allowed him into our house to get off the streets and he hasn't done anything to put himself in a position to get himself a job or place to live. I quickly learned that his actions are what's keeping him in the streets. He's not interested in having a typical American life. He doesn't want the responsibilities of having a job, a home, relationships etc and the same goes for most people on the streets. A byproduct of society tbh, its sad to watch but nobody can change their situation but themselves.
Just know Josiah yo Dad love you and everyone that is watching you we love you too and we don't want to see anything bad happen to you or your girlfriend please just go home I know you're trying to make it on your own and find your own way but enough is enough safety is first just go home I have told both of my children my home will always be open no matter what and I'm sure your parents feel the same any real genuine parent that loves their children unconditionally the door will always remain open prayers and blessings to you
