Thanks to their multiple configurations and compact dimensions - 50 cm wide for 191 and 241 SP, and 55 cm for 193 - the machines can adapt to different production requirements and space needs.
All models are available in both gravity-fed version, with an 18-liter tank, and pump-fed version, with a 12-liter tank and also two types of beaters ca be chosen depending on the desired product: the 2E-RSI, ideal for a soft and creamy soft serve; or the POM monobloc beater, for a drier, more compact one.
The automatic self-pasteurization system, standard for the 241 SP and optional for the 191 and 193, allows you to choose when to wash the machine, up to a maximum interval of 42 days!
The 191 and 193 are available in either the Classic version, with a light grey plastic front, or the Steel version, with a stainless-steel front. The 241 SP is available only in the Steel version.
In addition, the colour of the machines can even be customised: with the “Only You” version, where you can choose the colour of the front panel, while the “Total Only You” version has the entire machine fully coloured.
