great lens 200-400 on d850 ( cropped to dx on d850 ) 300-600 with 1.4 tc ii up to 840mm great combo

I notice you keep VR engaged in normal mode when mounted on a tripod. Is that something you do in real life situations? Compliments for the clear vid.

Normally when I shoot with a powerful telephoto lens like the one I am using I don't need VR... The VR comes in handy when you are dealing with outside vibration you can't control... A case of " I rather have it and not need it then Need it and not have it".

@@nessetainment Always use it in normal mode specially when shooting from the hand with this great lens. I use it in active mode when shooting from a moving object, but that is almost never the case.
