1912 Phelon & Moore Veteran Motorcycle Walk Around and Start Up 

This is a walk around and information as to the features of the 1912 P&M (Phelon & Moore) Veteran Motorcycle. Phelon and Moore had some unique design features. They employed All Chain Drive when almost all other British manufacturers employed Belt Drives. Another feature is that they were fitted with a 2 Speed Gear which had the Luxury of a Clutch which was not standard for other British Machines of the Time.
