Paying a visit to the Netley Marsh Steam Rally was this 1914 Burrell Steam Road Locomotive, "Duke of Kent". Believed to be a regular visitor to the annual fair. "Duke of Kent" first started it's life in Chatham and then moved to Rainham where it was owned by Kemp Bros, being used for general haulage.
