Captain Shane Keogh reads the Proclamation to provide audio for some of the highlights of the 1916 Easter Rising Commemoration Ceremony that took place on O'Connell St., Dublin on Sunday 08 April 2012. The Ceremony involved 350 members of the Defence Forces and was attended by The President Michael D. Higgins, An Taoiseach Mr. Enda Kenny, Minister for Justice, Equality & Defence Mr Alan Shatter and Chief of Staff of The Defence Forces Lt Gen Seán McCann amongst others.
