Base on my research, after you open the link that directly connect in device. Theres a one thing you should do if you cant access the network, in the settings you saw a firmware upgrade, the firmware upgrade is need to update . I think it better to do in computer, or loptop. Insert this dongle in and check it if would shown the device is there, then there is already available firmware updater to install it then if successful, thats the step to do make an apn of your network, to connect service of internet connection, thats I only knew to try to resolve this hope it helps
you need to insert the actual physical SIM to the slot in the backside of the router. If you only have nano size, you must purchase a SIM adaptor to make it micro or Standard size.

Please don't buy this, it never work on mine. Done with cofiguration and then your internet only last for a few minute then "no connection'" 😂. Don't waste yout money on this device
@@cyrilquinol5003 You should consult your smartphone telecom how much data you can share. It is quite complicated for a new user. I have bought more than 40 routers and made them work with various telecommunication companies in S.Korea. I bought those routers from China's Aliexpress.

My Dongle WiFi USB 4G LTE get disconnected automatically (from internet) after some seconds. I don't know what else I have to set to keep that thing working.
These devices are extremely fiddly, but what I managed to learn from this is that it needs a steady supply of 5V @ 2A. My item claimed it can work with 1A but any sort of speed test would cause it to reset itself. If you forget the password, you will need to hook it up to a PC and allow it to install the software. Once installed, you can force the PC to do a factory reset of the device.
there are two ways of resetting. 1. Logon to the setting page and click the Factory reset button. 2. Supply power to the router and you press the reset button hole in the backside when you open the cover.
if you put the router to the USB slot of a laptop, it works as if you put a LAN cable. If you put the router to your powerbank or smartphone charger's USB port, it will provide WIFI so that you can use the WIFI to use internet and RU-vid, etc.
Where do you live ? I live in S.Korea and I bought similar LTE Router from Aliexpress, China. There are three major telecommunication companies in Korea, SKT, KT and LGU+. I have figured out how to make it work with data sharing SIM card from those telecoms. It could vary by telecoms and you may need to find out more information based on your country's telecoms. SIM card type (Smartphone, Tablet), registration of IME, OMD (Open Market Device), etc could be different.

@@adamjensen6376 Yes, even in Korea, smartphone SIM or Tablet SIM is required to insert it to the slot of the Router. By the way, you need to check the LTE frequency bands of your router and your telecom service provider. My router supports B1/B3/B5 LTE bands, and my telecom service provider supports B1/B3/B5. and they can vary among telecom service providers. So, I got a data sharing SIM card from the service provider and I can share my data to the SIM card in the Router. IMEI, OMD (Open Market Device) were also registered in the system of the service provider. What is the name of your smartphone telecom service provider ? What are the LTE frequency bands of your router and service provider ?
You need to insert a SIM and SIM depends on your smartphone telecom's policy.. Smartphone SIM or Tablet SIM. They have different policies and you need to know more details
You need a correct SIM which enables that you can share your data provided to your main smartphone.. Or, you need to purchase an independent SIM to make data to WIFI.

I have the exact same problem. When I reset to factory settings without my sim, it goes to card 1. But, as soon as I insert the sim, it goes to esim. I can't get internet. Anybody know the default passwords for sim switching?
There is no SIM card password. The logon page can be entered by ID admin, PW admin. and the WIFI password is 1234567890 or 12345678 etc and the WIFI password is printed on the backside of the router.
