I got an ms65+ peace dollar just over a year ago, the prices have jumped dramatically since then, bought mine for $2150 but now worth over $5000....it is by far the best looking being the only high relief in the set unless you find a 1922 hens tooth of a coin.
@@dancerscc well it's something to achieve quite easily, I sold off much of my eagle stack and invested in high premium historical and just high premium stuff...got a full indian album for $800, the 21 for 2150, 14000 ring for 750, its just diversifying like the ratio play,...if we're going to hold onto these teams for 30-40 years or more then why not gave some fun..my heart is set one full set of tree shillings, a 1907 wire edge double eagle and complete set of British royal hammered silvers....so off to work I go..lol.
I need help.. recently acquired a chest if cased coins like this. I have a 1921 in a round case no marking on case. In the other is a ngc diamond ms 64. That means nothing to me this is not my lingo. I no nothing about coins. Any guidance would be appreciated.
General comments. The NGC coin is called a graded / slabbed coin. You can easily find its value by looking online (1921 Peace Dollar NGC MS64). The other coins are most likely raw coins. To value those you would need someone with some additional coin knowledge. Most purchasers will offer you half the value or spot price of the coin. (Like, Subscribe appreciated)
