This rifle is a 91/41, produced from 1941 to 1945, the 1929 dare where is? With the carcano rifle the bullets go in the chamber only from the magazine. _Andrea_
That is the closest looking thing to my carcano... I assumed it had a sporterized stock. Mine has an "eagle" medal pressed into the stock and a white "diamond" shaped (plastic?) pressed into the hand guard. It also has the adjustable sight removed and the front sight is all the way to the end of the muzzle. It is Termi with XM prefix.serial number No marking for caliber has a "16" marking to the right of the manufacturer's mark.
