Had one of these back in 1959. This is the truck that taught me how to overhaul a Flathead. I had been sputtering around the house, learning to drive. . My dad and I pulled the motor, put it into a wheelbarrow to the garage. I learned to cut the ring groove out by hand, no electric drill! But, the first key and it fired great! But, the military called!Bye pickup.
My Grandpa was a Ford Man. He got one of His legs nearly cut of in a Threashing Machine when My Mom has very Young. She had to go to work to help out and I don't think She ever got over that. She has never been a Happy Person.
Thanks, Steve for taking the time to make this video of your (Awesome 34 Ford pickup!) I've watched it several times and noticed little details to help in my 34 Ford build plus the extra motivation to get mine finished and enjoy driving! Then its my turn to make a detailed video to help others to get motivated to finish there's
Wow, my dad had a 34'...with a 283 vette engine, straight pipes along bed, white tuck n' roll, white tonneau ...metallic blue...including chassis that Barton pin striped for him... every cop in LA new him! ...:-D... sold when I was born in 57...sad! but, he did get the family car...55 1/2 2 door chevy SW white over red... with another vette 283...:-D
I have been watching your channel for about 1 and 1/2 years and have never seen this video. Very cool truck !!! You don't seem to be the type of guy to have such a radical ride. Your recent videos make you seem very laid back. You definitely don't seem like an old hot rodder !!!
Nice truck. I am a little tall for that size truck. Like the paint. Good to see you put your hard work in to something cool instead of dealing with trolls.
Hi there steve she is a smokin ride,, well impressed amazin for being original, over here in scotland the fresh sea air would have a feel day eatin the paint, but it would look good in my driveway ,,,
All your cars are very nice Steven, I love this truck though!!!! Glad you got it out and took it for a spin. It's 2 nice to sit in the back corner of the shop.
Never ever use stable anymore, good advice, I don't know if you've ever heard of seafoam, but that's the stuff to use other than stable, it works great!
All I have to say is WOW, what a beautiful truck. I have a 23 model T Bucket and want to take one of my other trucks that has a good running gear in it and put on a all metal body. Where did you find that all metal body. Is there some place that sells them so they can be put on a newer truck frame? Very beautiful truck and a lot of time and money went into it. Keep up the good work.

Old gas is terrible. You should get non ethanol gas to run in it. Our outboard engine runs way better on non ethanol gas. It’s the ethanol that messes up the engines
