Car looks much better with the panels and aligned, it would be nice to have the original trim on those side panels. Car seems to have been "repaired" reasonably well, looking forwards to see how you chop it. Thanks Mike.

I like the full hood better . This is going to be interesting to me since I have a 35 Chevy Standard with a lot of wood in it too . Really interested in seeing how you replace the wood in the doors with metal .
Oh the memories this brings back to me. I still have my '33 Chev and still remember replacing tons of rotted. termite eaten and missing wood with an oxy-actelyne torch and lots of leaded steel. Too bad I wasn't able to learn from you in '84 when I chopped and filled to roof of that 4 door 6 wheel sedan. I would have done a much better job of it.
The bonnet, oh sorry the hood. The straps look great on a roadster/ coupe type design with a shiny engine under the hood, its a particular style the open hood suits. But with a full body car having the bottom hood flaps on gives it class. Full hood is the way!!!

As much as I love a chopped top, I don't thinks I could chop that one. It's KILLER as is. I'll just have to stay tuned to see if I'm wrong. I know y'all will do a great job!

I agree ------- the car looks a lot better with the hood side panels on ----- I too was wondering what Cob Lights you were using ---- sometimes a drop light just isn't enough ---- can't get it to stay --- rolls around ------- but watching you work like inside the car they put out decent light ------- Hopefully the thermometer at 90 degrees was getting close towards the end of the day ----- Really am watching --- CLOSELY --- how you are Chopping Tops ----- I have a '38 Ford --5 Window that I want to do ----- am quite aways from doing it ---- but will watch --- and rewatch your videos ----- and hopefully I will be able to do mine ---- by watching --SO --- many times I'll have your procedure lodged will in my head --- and watching all of your Chops --- they will all be a little different ----------- Thank You for ---EXPLAINING--- what you are doing ---- and why ----------- I watch as much as I can ----- Have a Good Week --- Rodney
