When I was 6 years old (1959)my dad and his brother ran a Ford in Sportsman’s Class (really low bucks) at tracks around New England. Spring, summer,fall and in the winter on frozen ponds and lakes. They would sneak me into the pits. The sounds of uncorked Flatheads will follow me to heaven soon!
