@@theatrekidwithinternetacce704 My great grandfather was in the alp front and he deserted. Not the best man, but cool to know that a ancestor of mine was in a huge war
Down here in west tennessee you hear it almost everywhere. The Gas Station, The salon, At walmart, the downtown barbecue, and (most importantly) my mammaws kitchen
can we talk about her voice? everyone used to talk so soft and elegantly in those times, and she mastered it perfectly. there’s something about the voices of people in those eras that you don’t find anymore
It's the transatlantic accent that sounds that way, an accent people used in films in the 30s and 40s. (That's not quite the accent she's doing in this video though)
all the tvs were black and white because people didn't know how to put color into television, which meant they also were color blind resulting in it breading out in the 80s (everyone saw in neon) but now it is calming down meaning our eyes are going back to black and white.
23 “Hunny/Huns” were said in this Video, with a run time of 18 minutes that leaves us with a hunny on average every 42 seconds or 0.7 minutes ish ok Hunny Thx for all the likes on this comment you guys means a lot ❤️👍
I live in the south (North Georgia) and honesty, it surprises me that some people find our accent attractive lol accents in movies are nothing like real life haha
Here’s a story my great-uncle told me about when he served in WWII, I hope it brights your day. Now, he was a very cocky man. In fact, when he was drafted, he took a picture of himself and handed to women in the area. He was quite a flirt and it didn’t help that he was the towns most wanted man. Many women were convinced when he came back, that he would be theirs. But, however, that was not the case. When he was wounded, he was treated by a beautiful nurse. He didn’t remember her name as he told me while he was in his 80’s, but he said it was beautifully elegant. He gave her compliments and flirted with her the entire time. He intended to be with her when the war was over, but she had promised herself to another man. He was terribly sad, but he had faith he would find the right woman eventually. Then, he revived news that he had died during battle. Although he was sad for him, he was more glad that he was gone. They married shortly after as they were in love. But, she fell ill and died 6 years later. He never had any children, didn’t marry again, and never moved because he missed her so much. He died many years ago, but he was a funny man. He talked of her a lot.
Grapefruit Kween Damn you Stormcloaks. Skyrim was fine until you came along. Empire was nice and lazy. If they hadn't been looking for you, I could've stolen that horse and been half way to Hammerfell. You there. You and me - we shouldn't be here. It's these Stormcloaks the Empire wants.
135SolidSnake We're all brothers and sisters in binds now, thief. Shut up back there! And what's wrong with him, huh? Watch your tongue. You're speaking to Ulfric Stormcloak, the true High King. Ulfric? The Jarl of Windhelm? You're the leader of the rebellion.
@@charlottegriffith2320 he was, he couldn't sit properly for a week. But physically he was fine. We teased him on his endless shifting about in his chair. Enquiring if his girlfriend did him hard last night
Da Turtle's m1911 oh I wasn’t saying that to you, I can see how that could come off as rude though, just responding to the original comment :) have a great day!
@@thebeansaregoneshe lost her mind, went from a communist atheist to a Catholic conservative in one day and the spiral happened over a couple of very concerning now deleted vidoes
@@zombified_pariah7720 I was gonna say the same. Every now and again it sounds pretty close but most of it is kinda bad. I can still enjoy the video though.
I hear this everyday in alabama lmao, especially my teachers, one of my female teachers has a rlly thick accent, but also sweet. But we dont rlly say " fo' " instead of four,, not in alabama i dont think
Nurse: "so you have been shot in the face the chest and your bleeding to death as we speak?" Soldier: " *cough* yep pretty much *cough*" Nurse: "ok take this this ice pack." Soldier: "BITCH IM DYING!!!!!!!!!" Every school nurse ever
ButterFan1 this why when u tell ur friend u hurt ur self and they say go to the nurses office u go "HELL NAH BITCH MIGHT ASWELL SIT HERE AND DIE"school nurses just send u home and if ur parents aren't home hey just give u a fucking bandage and it will aparently be all good.
that was the '50s, I though. 1950s aesthetic with the Tunnel Snakes' leather jackets, the advertising "look" of Nuka-cola and Mr. Handies and such, etc.
Going back through Angelica's videos and I gotta say I wish I found you sooner! I've been following your channel for about two years now and I don't follow a lot of ASMRtists who do soft spoken as well and as creative as you besides Gibi and Karuna Satori. Your voice is so soothing and calming and I'm so glad I discovered your channel! I know this video was made quite some years ago but still.
But nurses had those watches on their lapels for taking pulses. What happened to hers? Well, I guess if she's a time-traveler, she may have forgotten it. :-)
As soon as i read her name i thought of "Angelica, finally someone that knows what im going through ." "im not here for you , i know my sister like i know my mind you will never find someone as trusting or as kind".
bruh her accent is lovely, i've never watched any other of her vids so idk if this is her normal accent or one made just for the video. but either way its nice lmao
:( this era was so good... I miss her doing actual ASMR instead of just trying to crack a joke between every line. Damn it's like I'm describing the MCU.
That ain't phlegm. That's just my lungs being liquefied from the Mustard Gas. This is actually how my Grandparents met. Grandpa was a volunteer soldier, Grandma was a volunteer Nurse. Really been appreciating your videos Hun. ;)
Luis Garcia Not hating this was good. But there weren't that many women nurses or doctors in Europe. But women did work in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii and in factories. Which was a huge movement they deserve respect for.
Actually there were many many female nurses! Doctors hell no. But being a nurse was a woman's job through and through... all the way from Britain, to Germany, to the USA! Mainly British/German of course, as this is the nationality of the troops partaking in trench warfare. There were barely enough men to fight the front, let alone be nurses.
Emily McGuckin Actually a nurse was originally a man's job. There were European women helping, but women were seen as second class citizens at the time. Like I said the did build guns, munitions, and B-52's.
I love it when asmrtists (or anyone really) use terms of endearment hun, honey, love, babe ya know things like that. It always make me feel so safe for some reason 💛
You should be an actress, this accent sounds amazing, and this is the first video I've watched by you and I already subbed. You should have like a million subs by now, you're amazing. Keep up the good work, Angelica :) xx
