The 1949 Dodge Powerwagon is finally on its way to its owner. This was a great and challenging build that the guys have been working on for some time. We can't express how much we enjoyed being a part of this build and really got to flex what they guys can do in the shop. My friend in Oklahoma had a '46 that he put a '69 426 Hemi, 2-1/2 ton milliary axles and 56" ag tires. The coolest part was that he put six Cadillac mufflers on it that made it sound like a six banger. He mounted a bench seat against the tailgate with full harnesses. Climbing a steep hill and getting ten feet of air while doing a wheel-stand at the top while riding in the back was the thrill of my lifetime! The OG Ram! 💪💪💪

The work is beautiful, but there is very little space for rear passengers. I think that it was necessary to take two cabins from the ZIL 157 and connect everything. For a long time I had an idea to make such a pickup truck, but on a ZIL 157 frame with a 6x6 wheel arrangement.Zil 157 has a very interesting hood system and the windshield opens
