You can’t see very well where he cut it. I cut mine with a pair of tin snips so you would not have to take it in and out twice! I also cut mine a 1/2” longer than the edge of the vent window channels outer edge, then I cut the sides of the window channel back 1/2” and left the top of the channel to act as a tongue to slip over the top of the vent window frame.

No need to glue? What about my felt strip that goes on the division bar? It doesn’t have any tape on it... how do I go about installing that? Weatherstrip adhesive?
