Hey Tom. The condition is what will sell it. The 4 implements are a big plus as is the fast hitch. I am a sucker for Cubs, especially the older ones. Sadly I am too far from you to justify another Cub, as I am up to 5 working and 1 parts Cub. The price might hold up the lookey Lou’s, but as you stated find a nice one at that price. Distance is my killer. Best regards. 6 out.
If I lived near by, I'd be tempted to take you up on that Tom. That Cub is exactly like Grandpa's with the exception that his did not have the fast hitch.
WOW! That's a very fair price. If I had the budget for it I'd be headin your way. I used a neighbors 70s Cub with a 60" woods deck to mow my lawn and hers for several years. They're great little tractors.
Thank You. I do miss them sometimes. I occasionally consider selling my 140 and my wife reminds me of what a dumb idea that would be. Thank You for watching
Neighbor laughed at my 154 loboy project she got a new Troy-Bilt right as I got mine home. Right out the gate it was throwing it's PTO belt. Mowed her lawn to lolz. Now there considering an antique tractor as I painted mine.
That's a nice Cub for sure Tom and whoever gets it want have to do anything to it but use it! I've always been of the opinion that if you buy a tractor without any equipment, you're just getting a naked tractor! Very quiet as you said. A good friend of mine has 4 Farmalls ( Cub, Super A, H & M ; all hand-crank I might add) His Super A has the quietest final drive/transmission I've ever heard in every gear! No project tractor there for sure! Nice video my friend! From Sophia, N.C.
Very nice cub!! I bought a super A and had to rebuild it from front to back and a year later it’s going and I have a lot more than that invested in it.
That is going to be a sweet buy for whoever buys that ! I want a tractor the size of my Hinomoto but with a lot more power . It doesn't have enough power to hardly run the 4 ft. tiller only in low first and it still bogs it down . Thanks for sharing an have a great day !
Thank You. Cubs are great, but I need a 3-point 540 PTO tractor for the farm so it has to go. It’s a great little hobby farm rig. Thank you for watching
