And he only has 54k subscribers? Brent is like a dad. Watch him and you'll learn how it's done. Just keep watching and you'll learn even more. Brent is resourceful and that is golden. THXs brent
Thank Dan and Dani for me finding you. I saw the COE and went yeah, this guy has eyes. I can see that you have a ton of talent and am glad to see that Canada lets people do stuff with their backyard ideas.Don't get me wrong, there is stuff that shouldn't be on the road but what your doing is true art form. I'm 73 and for years built stuff here in alaska. For the longest time, there wasn't cops on the road and we built stuff for mining with amd it had to get there. Not being connected to the lower forty eight, we piled everything in the bush. You could find stuff that wasn't paid for and they went broke or didn't know how to fix. I started pulling wrenches for my dad in fifty five. By sixty five, I had some job skills built up and I have always been big... 6'1" and 260 so if I could lift me then you know the rest. I got drafted in 67 and come home in 70 and headed for alaska where the remote islands where my friends. I would start driving a truck in the woods but when I was making my trips cause I fixed my own truck then they would make me a mechanic and the money just rained in. Sad news was I got crippled and lost everything to doctors. Sucks not working and when I pulled wrenches, I never got lonesome. I still don't and had some great ideas that would of made me rich but just not to be but I see what your talents are. Dan making two doors out of four doors is rich. Using that trailer (I didn't notice if it was bagged) for the back half and I never seen the sleeper on the back coming but if you had been here you would of heard a hell ya! Good work
I feel your pain Morgan, I,m 72, finally have the best shop, most tools , equipment & projects I have ever had. & the body gives out ( arthritis ) . I still do some work but the pain negates a lpt of the pleasure.
I look at that and wonder what it would be like as a 5 ton box body, then convert it to an RV. Really like what Brent did though and it would haul a 28 foot camper behind it with no issues. Haul your camper and your hot rod grocery getter at the same time or your ATV toys. Love it!!! Definitely gives me ideas.
Just when you think you've seen everything!!!! Half ass garage comes along.Definitly glad I was told to subscribe. You Canadians do awesome work. Among DD Speed shop Bad Chad customs. Not to compare just worth mentioning. Keep on keeping on
I feel like I’m in church with this music. The church of replacing the chassis and motor on the blessed COE 👍🏻Never saw a steering box like that amazing. ✨That is one beautiful machine✨
*- Now I finally understand, BRENT.* *- You are a composer.* *- I thought you were an artist, a sculptor.* *- I was wrong.* *- You hear what the overtones of music do.* *- The choreography you compose out of your discarded metal instrument is what a real composer does.* *- I have a forty year friend who did the Beethoven chore in a past life.* *- He will see what I hear/see you do. And he will understand AND enjoy your compositions, too.* *- Again, thank you for your efforts and all the hard work you do ! ! !*
Roadside Provincial inspection guy?? Ownership Oh it’s that old Halfass kustom guy ,it came like this ,, RPI,,, lights all work,,yhap,,ahh ok have a good day Love this truck nice work
Hi I'm here in the UK with nothing better to do than look at youtube ...and bloody glad I do ! You build some incredible stuff, especially this International ! ! Well done, keep up the good work and keep posting the videos !
One hell of a gorgeous job a lot of heart a lot of inspiration and a lot of love God bless you I actually enjoyed the video working on my 42 international myself
Wow...just wow, you have some amazing skills with metal. Thanks for sharing this awesome build! Keep making more videos, I love to see what you are dreaming up next!
Damn I must have missed this one that is one cool International COE I noticed it even had air conditioning I must have missed it but I've taken it it's a front-wheel drive vehicle really damn cool I'd love to have that thing on my driveway I always wanted to try one but I don't have a lift or something big enough to move that kind of equipment around really cool dude thanks for the videos
Hey, some people have a gift, a vision, they can work magic with automotive metal, they also have the "can do" approach, that person is definitely you!! I will admit I don't like or agree with some of your builds, like the I H cab over, I would have rather seen that truck restored, but it's yours, not mine. On the 4 door cars that you chopped, I wouldn't have given those cars a second look, but you made something really cool out of them, not to mention the nightmare of chopping a 4 door car....you are a metal master!!!!
Would like to see actual footage of the build sometime. How long did it take you and what all it took to put it together. Am really enjoying the 4 door crewcab you are building right now from the Dodge donor truck. Thanks for sharing.
I remember seeing this on Kijiji. Not sure if it was you or whoever bought it off you. Did you build it to sell or were you not happy with it? You amaze me. I'm just a dreamer with no time, money or space to do what you do.
@@THRASHMETALFUNRIFFS It's a major job... I didn't meet my "flag hours" so I was making no money on the job. I just got to what I could get to... and for 275lb 5'9" fat guy, it was not fun... that is why I didn't meet the job hours.
Hey Brent really enjoyed this build, like all the others! Windshield job caught my attention, smart!, do you use a glass cutter or some other method? Keep inspiring us please
Yep Rodeo and I think honda used them. They reverse the steering so you need 2 of them. My setup made a big Z but my steering wheel was in a normal position unlike some COE's where the steering column goes strait down into the floor.
Wow!! You took a butt-ugly truck, and turned it into a half-add custom, hmmm? Your brain must work 36 hours a day to dream up something as kewl as that. Two things got MY attention....the windshield and the steering. Totally 😎 cool, the whole thing came out GREAT! ✌😄
Shouldn't have to remove the body, inside the cab, under the dash, there should be a removable "dog house" that should be able to remove to better get to the head and rocker covers, carburetor and spark plugs, unless it's a diesel...
