this is the base model, from what I can tell, the coupe deVille had power seat and power windows (electric), earlier caddies had hydraulic seats and windows and convertible top. FWIW.
It would cost you $30 to 40 Grand just to repaint that car down to bare metal and then you don't know what you find so 39000 I'll give you $20,000 cash
This car is a survivor, and this is original paint, so there wouldn't be any surprises to find. Personally I think it would be a shame to paint it, they are only original once.
