Hey Brian, i wish you the success possible, keep your eye on that goal even when the path gets a little foggy. This country needs more young men and women like yourself.
I’m glad I can read all positive comments on here instead of negative things being said by negative people just because they can!👌I’m from San Jose ca I’m sure I’ll be going to your shop one day good luck my friend!! “Pura mano de obra” now..
There is no way you getting to get away with anything less than a beautifully crafted leather interior! The seats and door cards will be great examples of your skills.
That's the thing about being such a respected tradesman, you could build the most beautiful truck in the world but unless the seats, door panels etc are trimmed in your normal role club high standards you will get nothing but shit! How good would a hand stitched interior in beautiful oil tanned leather with feature details and your logo embossed into he leather? Lot of work but would be a stunning advertisement for your work with every admiring gaze.
Brian, it's truly refreshing a young man such as yourself is finding joy in the restoration of a classic. My generation was the last to experience vocational classes such as automotive tech, body & fender, metal & wood working. You go on with your bad self! Mad respect for your ambitiousness!
I really like the way you show your appreciation for all your teachers. Your brother , your boot maker everyone else. You really appreciate everything old and new, that's a great characteristic.
There’s nothing more satisfying than restoring a vehicle the way you want to your own specifications. You’re a skilled craftsman in one trade already, I have no doubt you’ll transfer that passion and build another skillset while building your truck.
Hopefully you're remembering to bag/tag... nuts/bolt/washers, etc. so you know what to grab for where if/when you need to re-use them. You're gonna learn a lot in the process. Have a pile of fun on the journey.
I love this journey of building your truck! It’s exciting to see you and your brother work on this truck! Thank you for taking us on this process! Proud of you man!
Glad to see you back, great project. I'm working on an 87 olds with my son. We also watch your vids as inspiration to move forward in life. You have a great work ethic and love for the people around you. Keep it going. Todo para adelante y nada para atras. You have no idea the impact you have on young guys like my son, and admiration from old guys like myself. Much love✌
Awesome bro, working on a 67 Cadillac Deville that my dad gave me. I got it running a couple weeks ago, wish he would have seen it run again, he passed away in December. He drove it 34 years to work but then it sat for around 8 years. I still have a long way but it's going. When your new engine starts for the first time on the truck, it will be extacy!
Great project! Just plan everything out and take your time and it will be perfect. All I drive are old cars, newest one is 41 years old and my daily driver is 70 years old this year. Mine are all stock survivors.
I love those old trucks Brian I'm a old guy so not into the speed these days as I am into more of the vintage looks but still want better stearing, breaking, handling and of course being old and in hot ass Cali I need a.c..
It looks like you were out in San Jacinto on Ramona expressway, beautiful drive good times, I would have bought you and your brother and el maestro some tacos, next time 👍🏽
Mucha suerte y me gustan mucho tus videos
Fun project! I'm curious why you didn't save the original engine, but maybe you want something with more HP. Gonna be wild/cool to hear it running with a fuel-injected engine--not the song one would expect.
Brian Bro hi. I wrote you a letter in the mail for the repair of Vietnam jungle boots tell me please. I understand a lot of letters and a lot of work, I wrote to you on June 3, 2020 at 18.45 Moscow time. With respect.
