In today’s video I sand down the doors, fenders and trunk. Im prepping them for primer. I used slapper hammers and dollies to repair dents on the fenders. I spread the filler and get ready to sand the filler tomorrow. Hope you enjoy the video. Thanks for watching. Please check out our other channels. NZMOPAR OUTLAW CUSTOMS and IRON HORSE GARAGE

Just what you said about the front fenders, I was going to say on those tri five always get rust right there above the head light's not so much in California but all the one's I seen in the wrecking yards in the past were rusted out front fenders and the usual spots where the water settles. Kicking butt on two vehicles that's the way you keep busy get tired of working one the switch off the the other so you don't get burnt out.

That's awesome how that slapper works to lessen the use of body filler. Thanks Arco.

Nice work with the slapper and dolly Arco, Id much rather metal finish as you do than overdo the filler like some do!

Great explanation on the slapper & dolly-- an old lead head I used to work with showed me how to make a slapper with an old long file; works as a shrinker for really stretched out panels. Keep up the good work, brother! Stay warm

What brand DA electrical and pneumatic sanders do you recommend? I don't need the most expensive, but I don't want to have to buy one every year either. Enjoying all your videos. Can't wait to see how you fix the back wall on the F100. I've got 2 to do just like it.

Reckon Ingersoll Rand is the way to go mate...very few issuea with that brand...👍👍👍
@OutlawEdge
@OutlawEdge 2 года назад
I have a snap-on air DA but harbor freight came out with a really high quality exact copy of the snap-on model. Its very nice and a quarter of the price. 👍 But i dont use any electric body tools just because the sanding dust eats them up. It gets stuck in the bearings and brushes. Hope that helps brother. THANKS 🙏 ARCO

@@OutlawEdge That makes sense with the dust in the brushes, etc. Thanks for the reply, Arco! Be well brother!

@@JustinPaul1st I do believe you're right. Ingersoll Rand has been around for a long time.
