Because 99.9% of people out there will know it as a Lincoln but the point one percent that would know it as a continental only is very few and far between

It’s a low production year but it’s not for 444 that was some bad history done up by a guy named buddy back in the 70s. But it’s like 5**. I thing. And it’s actually a neat story technically, even back in the day there were no 56 or 57 cars. They were just the year that they were sold until forward face the lawsuit or they had to adjust it. @MarksofDistinction car has never been taken apart but I did get outstanding restoration spent months cleaning and detailing on this car on a lift it is all original
