Here is a walkaround video of my 1958 Mercury Voyager 4 door wagon. I wanted to document the car mostly for myself, but decided to share on RU-vid as it will soon be listed for sale. This car was owned by the same family since purchased new until I bought it, and kept in a garage for the last 20 or so years. It has more bells and whistles than any of my other projects - power steering, power brakes, power windows and more! Truly a beautiful car. Located in Atlanta, Ga. Enjoy the video!

I was 6 yrs old my parents had a 59 Merc wagon black and white. Look at the pride they put into her. Have fun do her over nice.

learned to drive on a 59 colony park black woody on red, waxed it weekly. stunning. 59 returned to colum shift on a 126in whhelbase. family also had a 57 colony park which was shorter based on the ford country squire. 59 had 3rd seat facing forward, the deciding factor in buying it. buick and mopars faced ti the rear.

I never realized they put the power seat switch up with the power window pod in the dogleg. So cool.

Does the car have third-row seats? It's interesting that this mid-range Voyager is equipped with power windows -- but not the power tailgate window. Also it has the extra-cost Multi-Drive transmission instead of the cheaper Merc-O-Matic automatic shift. And yes that toggle next to the window switches is for the power seat and not the sideview mirror. Finally I will note that this is a late-production '58. Early production models had painted headlight trim rings and different labeling for the transmission pushbuttons.

Unfortunately, it does not have the 3rd row seat, but does appear it originally had it. The rear window is switched at the key on the tailgate. That is interesting about the trim rings and pushbuttons, good eye! Thanks for the comment.
