This video charts the work done on my 1958 Plymouth Belvedere 'Miss B' over a 16 month period. I imported her to the UK in May 2021 from upstate New York. She had been off the road for 20 yrs.
She had extensive rust in her floors, boot, windcreen cowl and heater box / firewall areas. Most of the mechanical systems had to be reconditioned.
I removed more than 13 mouse nests. The interior trim was all rotten.
The intention was not to build a show winning car, but simply a daily driver which could be enjoyed. The work was all carried out by myself.
Work and improvements are still ongoing and will progress further over time.
